Sinoebike.com, a division of Concept East Ltd, was founded in 2001 with the express aim of developing and expanding the electric vehicle market.  It is UK owned, but based in Guangdong Province, China, right at the heart of the region producing higher quality bicycles and scooters.

We focus on providing premium products with excellent service aimed at the higher end of the market. We have long experience ensuring shipments are delivered on time, and to the exact requirements of the importer.  The sales contact you communicate with is the same person who will do the actual QC on the shipment, so you can rest assured that your requirements are closely followed on the factory production line.

We have spent an enormous amount of time sourcing the right factory for each class of product - electric bicycles and electric scooters. We have reached agreements with the factories to do the marketing of their products on their behalf.  So you know you are buying direct, but at the same time have an efficient and diligent company making sure your order is produced to your requirements, with independent QC.
